Best online workouts for Jiu Jitsu
If you have been to my website before, you know this isn’t a new topic for me. Previously, I have posted about the best online workouts for Jiu Jitsu in The Best Online Jiu Jitsu Instruction Videos, and How to Train Jiu Jitsu during the Coronavirus, and I even gave a special shout out an OG master with Renzo Gracie Teaches Jiu Jitsu Online during the Quarantine.
So you don’t have to take it from me. I am simply trying to point you in the direction of the trainers who know the most and teach the best.
Today is no different. I want to give you the links to some awesome free solo workouts you can do by yourself at home. These workouts are great for over all full body fitness. And, if you are looking to maintain your mobility for when Jiu Jitsu classes resume, these workout are going to help you with your Jiu Jitsu fitness as well.
Jiu Jitsu full body workouts for everyone
If you do not currently train Jiu Jitsu, these workouts are still for you. They are fantastic full body workouts. If you do these workouts 4 – 7 times a week, when the quarantine is over, you will be ready to head to the local Jiu Jitsu academy and sign up for a class. Sure, you will have to learn a lot of technique, but that’s what Jiu Jitsu is all about, even for balck belts: constantly learning technique.
Challenge
My challenge for you is: do these workouts 5 days a week. When the quarantine is over, sign up for Jiu Jitsu at the local Jiu Jitsu gym. If you really want to be in the best shape you can be in, you really need to train Jiu Jitsu. There is nothing like it. Which is why everyone in the Jiu Jitsu community misses it so much during this time. But nothing lasts forever, especially viruses and quarantines. So get ready to get back to the gym.
